VIVIEN REED
STORY STYLIST + PERSONAL HYPE GIRL
Hi! I’m Vivien. When I’m not content writing, you’ll find me styling photoshoots for local brands and clients who need personal, everyday fashion advice. Based in Upstate New York, I started my styling business and content agency to help people everywhere tell their story with clarity, personality, and creativity. I was born and raised in Southern California, so I’m a city girl who loves to parallel park and eat Asian desserts with my husband and son.
This digital space is a collection of my work and how I help others. I write to share stories, awaken playfulness, and poke at our imaginations. I style to bring that same energy to life.
May my words keep the fun and joy alive in all of us and empower you to share your own.

My family of three. My husband, Aaron, and I met while living overseas, and now live near Rochester, NY. We’re parents to a little boy whose humor is unmatched and loves baseball as much as we do.

I loved dressing up and smiling in front of a camera. At one point, I wanted to be an actress. Instead, I found even more thrill in spoken word poetry and styling. These creative traits have been with me ever since my bowl-cut bob era, and oh what a phase it was!

…knowing where to eat! Ask me where my favorite tacos are, and drive me to the nearest milk tea shop!

Brian Zahnd said, “Beauty will save the world.” I create to inspire unity and joy through awe-inspiring design. One driving force for me is chasing that moment when everything just “clicks.” After careful thought, practice, and repetition, artwork unfolds through time and intention. It’s in these artful works that we experience better connection with each other.

Pay attention, listen intently, and get it right. I deliver visual stories through styling and words that match your essence — to say, I get you! My goal is to depict your core message with clarity and personality, sprinkled with a generous amount of imagination.

The Los Angeles Dodgers, spoken word poetry, sneakers (preferably ones I can wear with a skirt), and colors that match with cute ice cream.
